I love revisiting characters, especially if it for the chance to interview them. However, the couple from A Leopard’s Path is different. One reason is their story doesn’t end with their book. Their HEA and a new journey for them has started. You will continue to see Kieran and Ana in future stories in Ashwood Falls. But for now let’s see how the couple is doing.
Lia: Hi, Kieran. How are you?
Kieran: I’m well, busy, but well.
Lia: How is Ana?
Kieran: Prefect as always. She told me to send her love and she was sorry for not being able to make it.
Lia: Give her a huge hug for me. It’s understandable. She’s in training and busy with her new role as Beta. Any baby plans? You know, after things settle down.
Kieran: *laughs* She hasn’t mentioned it. In fact she avoids the question all together.
Lia: Sounds like another argument for later.
Kieran: Yes, among many. But I’m not complaining. The mating bond allows us to connect on an emotional level that is unlike anything I’ve felt. Our arguments aren’t as frustrating as they were before.
Lia: I bet. Not to mention the make-up sex.
Kieran: *shakes his head* no comment
Lia: I’ll have to catch up with Ana later on to get the deets, then. So, you’re one of two Elders in Ashwood. How is it trading in your field work as a spy for a seat on the Council?
Kieran: It’s busier. At least right now. You know with the shift in the war that I’m not allow to talk about in this interview because it will give too much away.
Lia: Yes, we’re not talking about the war right now. That was a bad question choice on my part. Let me rephrase it. Do you like life back in Ashwood and are you settling into you role as Elder and head of the Council’s enforcement team?
Kieran: I’ve always been able to settle into Ashwood. Something about it calls to me. Keegan has been my friend long before Felix lost his mind. As for the enforcement, it’s a work in progress. Travis can’t
start building is team of Trackers because he refuses to leave Shay and the baby for more than ten minutes at a time.
Lia: Aww. He’s a wonderful daddy. I bet he’s driving Shay crazy.
Kieran: *nods and smiles*
Lia: Here are a couple of get to know you quickie questions for you.
Favorite color?
Kieran: blue
Lia: coffee, beer, or wine
Kieran: coffee in the morning, beer on occasion
Lia: boxer, briefs, or commando
Kieran: *grunts* lately it’s been commando. Easy access for I corner Ana.
Lia: chocolate or vanilla
Kieran: vanilla
Lia: favorite part of Ana?
Kieran: Her mouth.
