I’m Rose Pressey and I’m honored that Bitten by Books invited me for this release party. Thank you all for stopping by! Paranormal fascinated me from a young age, so it seemed only natural that when I started writing that I should add paranormal to my books. Everything from vampires to witches are featured in my books.
My books are set in the South and are sprinkled with humor. Well, at least I’ve been told they’ve made a few people chuckle occasionally. Of course like many other authors I love to read. I’m thankful that my mother introduced me to reading at a young age. She constantly has a book in hand.
I’m often asked which book that I’ve written is my favorite. That’s almost impossible for me to decide. Me and My Ghoulfriends was my first, so there will always be a special place in my heart for Larue Donavan. I love her interaction with ghosts. Halloween LaVeau from Forever Charmed is another favorite. I get a kick out of her witchcraft ineptness.
I enjoy writing mysteries with romance, but my latest release is a little different. Lost on the Bayou is a romantic suspense. It’s the first book in the Bayou series. Each book will feature a different couple. Chloe and Grant’s story is the first.
